Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product was defective or received in error.

 
We guarantee the satisfaction of our items for up to 10 days (after the product is delivered) to ensure that you do not receive a defective or damaged unit. You should inspect your item as soon as it arrives and inform us during this time frame of any defects or damage that may have occurred in shipping.

All items returned to us must be in their original packaging as delivered to you. Once received, if in original condition and packaging, no restocking fee will apply and we will give you the choice of an exchange or refund of the item price. We do not refund shipping fees. If item is not in original packaging or is damaged in any way (not reported on shipment to you), a 25% restocking fee applies. Placing an order with us denotes understanding of this policy. Shipping fees are NON-refundable in any case.

Any item that has been abused, tampered with, disassembled, or altered in any way will NOT be accepted for a refund. The item will be returned to you.

If you believe that your item has been damaged in shipping, notify us immediately upon receipt of the item. Save all packaging for inspection by the carrier.
